Acne on the back is often more difficult to treat than facial acne. The main problem is quite simply that we have a hard time seeing our own back, so the early signs of acne are missed entirely and we fail to treat it right away, as we do when we have an outbreak on the face. And many of these lead to skin problems. The most common result is the dreaded acne on the back. We tend to associate acne with teenagers, but the truth is that acne can occur on anyone and on any part of the body. Although not as easily visible as facial acne, back acne can be extremely severe and painful, just because it on your back does not mean that acne can be ignored, it is essential to find a back acne cure before the problem becomes more serious and causes other complications. The first key to treating back acne is to clean your skin with a good body wash. And since the skin here is not as sensitive as the skin on the face, the acne may not be noticed for some time, by which time it can have spread. Try the milder ones first, or look for body washes that are specifically made for acne treatment. The soap will do the best job of destroying the acne if you are able to wash the skin at least twice a day. Applying pure honey to your back on alternate days is also a good first step - leave the honey on for at least 30 minutes so it can clean and disinfect the area. Wash your back twice a day with a special acne soap which will clean deep into the pores. Multivitamins can improve the ability of your body to fight an acne outbreak, particularly if your body is experiencing a breakdown in its systems. Once again start with the mild ones and work your way up to the stronger ones if needed. Avoid itchy or harsh fabrics; treat your back kindly by wearing soft fabrics. Softer fabrics mean your skin is less irritated and the cure will have a better chance to work. But do not try to experiment with back acne cures on your own. Ensure that you dry the skin on you back completely after the bath. Just as it takes us longer to notice the acne on our back, we tend to be slow about noticing any side effects that our curative attempts may be having on our skin. So remind yourself to check your back on a routine basis.
