Today, as most women were working women, part of their housework was done by employees. Moreover, despite the development of science and technology, they enjoy the grinder, mixer grinder, gas stoves, washing machines, etc., which makes their work easier and faster without giving any physical constraint on their bodies .

Due to the change in lifestyle, today most women consume unhealthy foods like fast food, junk food and sweets and foods with no nutritional value. So women have a greater chance of becoming obese and develop weight easily. They need to go to fitness clubs and health to provide for their physical fitness and good health. Then, the participation of fitness is an important part of life for many consumers.

Today, most people believe that gymnastics was more focused on money that the members help. We find that advertising gym is now a tendency to overestimate the “prohibitive clauses hidden deep in the agreement to cancel or modify the contract can not thereafter.” Most gyms provide pills weight loss to customers for immediate weight loss. A weight loss pill not only reduces weight but also on health.

Not everyone will also benefit from joining the fitness center. The aim of the study:
1 To investigate factors that motivates consumers to visit the women fitness center.
2. To analyze factors that influence consumer’s women to visit the fitness center.
3. To determine the rate of unfair trade practice gyms.

Null hypothesis (H0):
1. Fitness center, unfair trade practices.
2. The majority of women, consumers are turning to fitness to lose weight.

Research method:
The main objective of the study is to understand the type of unfair trade practices of fitness centers. Descriptive research design is most appropriate for the study. In this study, the researcher adopted the method of convenience sampling. The sample size for the study was set at 50.

Data sources:
This study is the application of both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by administering the questionnaire cards cum interview. Secondary collected from various websites and in newspapers and magazines. The data were analyzed using the following statistical tools:

1. Ranking method.
2. Weighted average.
3. Simple average.
4. Percentage analysis.
