Between Asking and Receiving - You, and the Power of Inspired Action

You’ve heard it: ‘Ask and you shall receive’. Whether you trust this motto because of your spiritual beliefs or your faith in the Law of Attraction, you must also have faith in your capability to generate the outcomes you search for.

Asking will not always result in receiving. There is a crucial step in between. Once you ask for a specific outcome, you must then decide, intend, commit, believe, and take action. Then, and only then, the Law of Attraction, your surroundings, the Universe or whatever else you believe takes place, can bring you what you want.

This vital step is the one of ‘Inspired Action’. When you make a commitment to outcomes which are synchronised with your true passion and purpose, then inspired action can be taken. . Inspired action is only achievable while building our own meaningful and genuine goals, through personal empowerment, and through harnessing a robust drive from within.

Inspired action needs to be taken with the intent to receive. In reality, the very first step of asking must be made with this intention. At this early stage of asking, making a decision and committing, it doesn’t matter if you are not certain about ‘how’ you or the universe can create what you are asking for - so long as you have faith in it being produced, someway, somehow.

Action, no matter how massive or consistent, has no power of attraction without inspiration, purpose, intention, vision and integrity. Creating wealth, abundance, success, happiness and love is not about working hard. It’s about meaningful and inspired action.

Therefore while you call out for the Universe to orchestrate a new reality for you, whether it is for prosperity, success or anything else, think about whether or not what you are requesting has genuine significance and purpose. Measure your intention. Assess your integrity. Build your expectation. Follow your passion. Harness your inspiration. And as a result, your consistent inspired action will have a positive impact on the Universe and allow you to receive.
