Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP ™) is defined in the study of the structure of subjective experience and what can be calculated that, and must proceed from the belief that all activities are structured Neuro Linguistic Programming began life in early 1970 when a professor from the University of California, Santa Cruz, John Grinder, Richard Bandler allies with a bachelor”s degree. The two men had a fascination with the expertise of the man who charted a path for them to model behaviors selected geniuses. Modeling is a fundamental activity for the GNP, and is the process of extricating and reproduction of language structure and behavioral patterns of a person who is a good specific activities. Grinder and Bandler began his quest for NLP modeling in three persons, Fritz Perls, Virginia Satir and Milton Erickson. These geniuses were highlighted as professional change agents, working in the field of therapy. Geniuses do not show Grinder and Bandler with a description of his conscious behavior. Shapers (Grinder and Bandler) unconsciously absorbed the reasons for the spirits and provide a description. Lack of direct knowledge of each specialty of genes and a bit “of information about the size of the field of psychotherapy, Bandler and Grinder for over two years, went to the passion bordering on vehemence, and explain the behavior of selected elements of genes. Through the Grinder and Bandler NLP modeling genes explicit knowledge and tacit NLP was born. The company that Grinder and Bandler was to take in those beautiful days in the 1970s was a crucible of the curious investigative research on human behavior. John Grinder was a professor at the University of California, Santa Cruz and Richard Bandler undergraduates in the quarter of the year. The famous anthropologist Gregory Bateson joined the faculty at Kresge College, and such was the interest of Bateson, in collaboration Grinder and Bandler, he introduced Bandler and Grinder to Milton Erickson. Bateson has provided support, feedback and enthusiasm is partly reflected in his introduction to the structure of the book of magic, which he called “John Grinder and Richard Bandler has done something similar to what my colleagues and I I tried fifteen years ago. “ Books published by respected publishing “Science and behavior books inc” to put NLP on a map and an interest in a new field of GNP grew rapidly. People in areas related to communication, behavior, and call to learn too, could get incredible results when you make changes to work. Bandler and Grinder happy to provide training in application of its model. Education Bandler and Grinder do - shows that patterns of GNP have been transferred to another, ie, students could make us successful models of NLP in their work. Presuppositions or assumptions Assumptions are the beliefs of a person will be useful for making changes in themselves and / or the world. (Some people call these “data”.) The emphasis here should be “useful” if everyone can not be proven true. Among the hypotheses: first, communication is more than what you say. 2. They are: • Visual (pictures) • auditory (sounds) • kinesthetic (touch and internal feelings) • gustatory (taste) • olfactory (smell) Each of us uses one or a combination of these senses to perceive the world. For example, take a picture of someone you love in your mind. Now, make the colors more intense and notice how it affects your answer. Now make it black and notice your response. Return it to shades of color and hue and make the image closer. Now move further. Return the image to its original condition, brand, how each of these experiments affected your response. The interesting thing to note here is that when you understand that you are creating your inner world, you discover that you can change it.
