The countries that you are trading with will determine the laws you need to consider. You are likely to need to consider the domestic law of the individual countries, European, and international trade law. You will also need to pay attention to the law where goods might stop over. In some circumstances, even where a country isn’t party to the relevant agreement, they can still be bound by its contents.
